It’s true that making dry ice at home will be some costly than buying directly from a dry ice store. There are plenty of dry ice store near you where you get dry ice for your need.
As many of us already know that dry ice is a solid form of carbon dioxide.
Here you can learn how to make your own dry ice. You need some stuff first to make the dry ice.
- CO2 fire extinguisher or carbon dioxide tank.
- Cloth bag
- Heavy-duty gloves.
- Duct tape (optional)
Note:- Carbon Dioxide fire extinguisher labelled as carbon dioxide if you don’t find that then assume it has something else and won’t work.

Safety
- Don’t eat dry ice as the dry ice is not edible. If you use dry ice to cool drink make sure not to get them in mouth
- Dry ice freezes skin on contact. Be careful to your hand away from the mouth of the carbon dioxide fire extinguisher.
